Job Title: Consultant Cardiologist

We are currently looking for two substantive colleagues to join our team at North Devon District Hospital. We have a well-established, positive working relationship with colleagues at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, and last year the two hospital Trusts merged, further cementing that relationship as a unified department across two sites. This offers prospective post-holders a broad exposure to inpatient and outpatient cardiology in a welcoming, supportive hospital in North Devon, with further access to specialist interests in Exeter. Significant expansion of services at both sites gives the unusual opportunity of prospective colleagues being able to offer almost any subspecialty interest, with potential to be accommodated. We are particularly looking to expand our services in advanced echocardiography (TOE and stress echo), and devices, but also have room for expansion in cross-sectional cardiac imaging, ACHD, and ICC.
