Nuclear imaging in Cardiology Course

The aim of this course is to address the core curriculum requirements for Nuclear Medicine in Cardiology, as well as gaining practical experience in myocardial perfusion study interpretation (aimed at ST3+ Cardiology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine). The course is limited to 20 delegates on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee is £175, with a deposit of £50 on registration. Lessons Learned

Lessons Learned  focuses on challenging cases where diagnostic and therapeutic mistakes were encountered. In 2020, the 7th annual conference will be run in partnership by the Royal College of Physicians and Medical Education UK. The day will consist of a selection of short presentations by doctors of all grades, describing their personal experiences of encountering clinical error. Sessions are chaired by an invited consultant expert with a focus on facilitating non-judgmental cross-floor discussion and maximising learning. Prize certificates for the best oral and poster presentation will be awarded by Prof Andrew Goddard, RCP President. Non-presenting delegates are most welcome to attend this highly regarded and unique educational conference. Course fee: £170. Practical Stress Echocardiography

A full day event for all those with an interest in stress echocardiography. The course is designed as a lecture format in the morning covering all aspects of stress echocardiography (Ischaemia testing and structural stress echocardiography) followed by a more practical interactive session in the afternoon with a bike stress echo demonstration and case presentations. 3 BSE and 6 RCP points have been awarded. Course fee: £95 per delegate.
