Job Title: Research fellow in advanced heart failure (Harefield Hospital heart transplant unit)
Description: We are seeking to appoint a Research Fellow in Advanced Heart Failure, Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support to be based at the Harefield Hospital site.
The post is suitable for individuals who have had some cardiology training and have an interest in heart failure. S/he will be responsible for the day-to-day management of running the Acorai MLG study.
The basic working week is 20 hours ((Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) at Harefield Hospital). There are no on-call duties.
The post is funded by ACORAI AB. The funding is secured for the successful candidate who will be expected to work towards BHF/ NIHR grant application for MD/PhD. The contract duration is for a minimum of 6 months.
